Enrollment Policies & Registration Information
After you’ve toured our center and determined ABC is the right fit for your family, a registration fee of $75/child* is due prior to receiving your enrollment packet. The enrollment packet, and the first week of tuition, must be complete and returned to ABC 24 hours prior to the child’s first day of attendance.
*Accommodations are made for families with more than one child enrolling.
Part-Time - Our part-time program is from 8:00am - 12:00pm and perfect for those families who aren’t in need of a full day of care. This time frame includes a morning snack and lunch time at school. Students are picked up prior to our scheduled nap time.
Full-Time - Our full-time program consists of a morning snack, afternoon snack, and a nap period between 12:00pm - 2:30pm. Our centers are open from 6:30am - 6:00pm and children can stay on campus up to 10 hours in the day.
After-School Program - Our after-school program caters to our Elementary School students, grades K-6th. As children are dismissed at the end of their school day, they walk to ABC Day Camp and check in with a Day Camp teacher. There is no bus or outside transportation needed to check into ABC's Day Camp area. They are offered an after-school snack, along with time to do homework and a full lesson plan of activities before they are picked up.
Arrivals, Departures & Late Pick-Up Procedures
All children must be signed in and out every day with a complete, legible signature, by a parent or authorized adult over 18 years old. Our After-School students are signed in by their Day Care teachers and then signed out by the parent or guardian picking up. A late pick-up charge will be assessed for any child picked up after 6:00pm, or after 12:00pm for part-time students. This late fee is $1.00 for each minute and is due at the time of pick-up. Failure to adhere to the late pick-up fee will result in the amount doubling each day the amount is not paid. The amount must be paid within 48 hours of the late pick up to continue enrollment with ABC.
Our ABC Centers are open on a year round basis. Our Centers will be closed, however, in observance of the following holidays:

- Martin Luther King Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day & Day After
- Christmas Eve & Day
Miscellaneous (but still important) Information
Dress Code - Closed-toe, closed-heal shoes are the ONLY shoes permitted ABC Centers
Nap-time - All full-time preschool students must bring their own crib sized sheet AND blanket for nap time. Please have these items clearly labeled.
Food - Children may bring their own lunch from home, or may purchase a lunch from the Elementary School Cafeteria. All ABC Centers are equipped with a microwave and are able to WARM food for the children, but are not able to “cook” lunch foods for children.
Vacations & Illnesses - All students must be up to date on their immunizations and have a competed enrollment packet prior to their first day at school. ABC must be notified in advance of any lengthy vacations or extended absences due to illnesses. Half of your weekly tuition amount will be due for the first week missed, and no charge will be assessed for the second week. Communication with your school’s Director is necessary in order to hold your child’s space.
Communication - ABC parents can find a monthly calendar at any ABC Center, notifying them of upcoming events and activities at their child’s school. Other notices and communication from ABC Administration to ABC Parent can come in a variety of ways, such as handwritten notes, postings on bulletin boards, email notices, or information on our website.
Visitors - Parents are welcome to visit our ABC Centers at any time and observe our program. All visitors must check-in at the office desk upon arrival. ABC request that all visitors limit their time on campus to 1 hour and avoid the hours of 12pm-3pm, as to not disturb our sleeping children at nap-time.
